It was easier process than I expected! I could fill up the form online without calling them. The guy visit the property prompty, send the draft copy same day which was very useful as I can verify my details are correct on report. Got the report by post within 2 days. Even the surveyor called me after receiving the report to confirm that I have received it and everything is ok. Great service from starting to end! By the way I need this Property Inspection Report for spouse visa; applying to Home office by post.
