If you are applying for UK entry clearance visa or if you are sposnoring someone to come to the UK, you might need to have your property inspected where the visa applicant is intending to live in. This is to make sure the property is safe, in good condition and not overcrowded.

To prepare the Property insepction report for UK visa application, we will need to survey the property to establish that it meets the required standards and that it would not become overcrowded by the additonal occupants as defined in Housing Act 1985.

Once the inspection is finished, we will prepare the report and a confirmation letter will be issued staring whether the property is fit for human habitation and whether the property would be statutorily overcrowded for both current and prospective visa applicant.
